Ceramic Black and White Vases -TWIGS

My strongest inspiration comes from Mother Nature and its harmony, strength and power. Handmade ceramics are always more than just tableware or decor. It is a creative process of transforming a ball of clay into an object of art. My works have simple and elegant with bold look. They are beautiful accents to any home décor.

These vases will add an organic touch to a traditional decor featuring a distinct texture. A finishing surface adds a rustic-chic detail. Black vase is made from black stoneware clay and and white vase is made from porcelain. Both vases were thrown on the wheel. Thin twigs shaped coils were added to the form and then the vases were further textured. Both vases are glazed inside and high fired in electric kiln. If you put a bright cheerful flowers into it, the effect will be beautiful.
