On acceptance of an order, processing and packing may take up to 7 days. Once packed, we will confirm the day it was shipped. This is subject to change depending on your destination and any circumstances that are out of our control.
FREE SHIPPING GUARANTEED. We guarantee that ceramic items priced $300 and over will ship for FREE within the US.
We offer mainly USPS shipping options, including International. Please note that for delivery of large items to remote areas, we may be required to obtain a quote separately, and a customer service member will contact you directly.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage if you give authority for the courier to leave your order with a third party or left unattended (location nominated by you).
We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access not advised in writing, and if your delivery site is not ready to accept the shipment (parcels or pallets) on the date agreed upon.
For international deliveries, we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties incurred once the goods leave our studio.
Shipment and delivery operate between business hours 9 am – 5 pm from Monday through to Friday and do not include public holidays.
If there are any faults with your purchase on receipt of the goods, please make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. If damages occur, please take pictures of the box (all 6 sides) before opening, midway as you unpack, and of the final product. All shipments will be insured, but will need that visual documentation to start the claim process if needed. All ceramic items are shipped with insurance, which is already included in the shipping price.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS. For ceramics, it normally takes from 6 to 8 weeks to complete and ship after 50% prepayment. The time frame varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. Every project will have a separate timing approval.
LOCAL PICK UP. Want to pick up at our studio in San Diego instead of shipping? Please contact us. Once your order is packed and ready. We will let you know once it is ready for pick-up.
