Labradorite Anchor Oxidized Silver Lariat Necklace

This artisan hand crafted beauty is rustic and modern.

Infused with light from behind, triangle shaped genuine labradorite gem marks the midpoint of a silversmith anchor showing an iridescent play of blue, green and silver colors. The pendant is suspended from two hammered rings that are attached to a large link oxidized silver chain. The necklace has s toggle clasp lariat closure in the front.

Pendant size: 2.75″ x 0.5″.

The necklace is 32″ (not including the pendant).

Labradorite is one of my favorite stones. This beautiful mineral is known as spectrolite; which is a colorless variety, darkened with needle like inclusions, it is often called a black moonstone. Spectrolite is a dark and opalescent blue with a shimmer when the light hits it. It was discovered in Finland during WWII, and it is also called falcon’s-eye.

A stone of transformation, labradorite is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. It balances and protects the aura, raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies. Excellent for strengthening intuition-promoting psychic abilities.
