All our products are proudly made by hand. When you place an ceramic order, please understand that your pieces will be unique and may have a few “imperfections.” I do not create “perfect” ceramics pieces. ALL WORK IS AS IS . The presence of irragularities and subtle imperfections in my ceramic art is the evidence of the the arizan nature of my work. This must be accepted before the sale is processed!

We only post limited units at a time. Please, contact us if you would like to order larger quantities.
Lead time is (approximate) 8-12 weeks if starting a new batch. Shipping time is not included.
If a piece is damaged (cracked or chipped) or broken when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging. If damages occur, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We do not cover return cost, however, if a return is agreed upon between both parties, you agree to return the goods in their original condition and original packaging to our studio. Your ceramics purchase is insured. If a damage is incurred in transit, you will be fully refunded after the insurance issues the refund.
All ceramics sales are final. Jewelry returns are acceptied withing 14 days after you receive the product. If you have an issue with your order please contact us.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund. When you place a custom order or commition new work, no refunds are made after 50% prepayment is complete.
